Security lights on buildings need to be repaired.
I've tried to communicate with front office but all I get is promises - been going on for over 4 yrs now. The lack of lighting creates breakins and unsafe conditions
for residents.

The residents is ok in need of amenities upgrades playground and grilling area volleyball court need a net. Appliances needs to be replaced in some units. Stove been out for a little bit now

Manager easy to get in contact with. And my children can play outside when they come over without worries. They check fireplaces every year, which made a great difference in my heating of apartment. I was able to turn my thermostat down.
