Looks can be deceiving
We’ve lived in this complex for the past year and are moving out before our lease ends—not out of preference, but necessity. While the exterior is polished and the marketing is impressive, our experience has been marked by daily discomfort, stemming from a fundamental flaw: the buildings simply weren’t constructed with long-term living in mind.
There appears to be little to no acoustic treatment between floors. Normal daily activity from the unit above—walking, talking, even minor... movement—translates into constant noise. Every footstep reverberates. Objects dropped above sound like they’re in our living room. It’s been unmanageable, even with white noise machines running 24/7. This isn’t a case of inconsiderate neighbors. It’s the product of an economy build that prioritizes aesthetics over function.
Management did listen to our complaints, but instead of addressing the lack of sound insulation, they shifted the problem—evicting or pressuring tenants labeled as “too loud.” Most of the units above us have turned over, but nothing has improved. New residents are being moved in, unaware of what they’re stepping into.
And that’s where I feel compelled to speak up. If you’re considering living here, don’t rely solely on the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Many appear to be written by new tenants or those who’ve only toured the property. The early impressions are accurate—it does look nice. But once you’ve settled in, the cracks (literally and figuratively) begin to show: sidewalks splitting, dog waste left uncollected, a disjointed layout, and amenities that look better on a map than they function in real life.
To be fair, the on-site team is kind and maintenance is responsive. But they’re not calling the shots. The larger property management company seems far more interested in appearances and profits than resident comfort.
If you’re still interested, I strongly recommend that you tour an occupied second-floor unit during peak hours. It’s the only way to get a real sense of what daily life here sounds—and feels—like.
You deserve to feel at home in your home. Unfortunately, that’s never been possible here.

Providing a comfortable and enjoyable living environment is always our goal, and we... understand that noise between apartment homes can sometimes be a challenge in multifamily living.

In situations where we receive multiple complaints or lease violations, we follow a consistent process to address these concerns and promote a peaceful living experience for all residents. While we are not able to share personal information or the specific circumstances of other residents, it is important to note that there are typically multiple layers of factors that contribute to any decisions regarding a resident’s tenancy. These decisions are never taken lightly and are made in accordance with lease terms and legal requirements.
We do appreciate your acknowledgment of our on-site team and maintenance staff, who work hard each day to serve our community. We will continue to seek ways to improve and to communicate openly with current and future residents.
