Stadler Place

I've lived in Stadler Place twice - moving out originally to move into a house with a fenced in yard. When circumstances found me looking for an apartment again on short notice, I had to cast a wide net - and it became abundantly clear that the quality of property management in Greensboro is highly variable and unpredictable. Because I had a positive experience here before, this was one of the first places I looked. Not knowing if property management had changed, I sent a request for more... information via the website. Marissa, the same property manager from before, emailed me back promptly, and remembered me from when I lived here previously. Marissa has always been incredibly kind and responsive and makes sure that I feel comfortable asking any question I have- no question too small. Anna goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need and make sure I feel connected to the community. Richard was always lovely when he came by to give me a hand with a maintenance request when I lived here last, and now that he's retired, RJ and Monty have been great as well. They're always super responsive to maintenance requests, and you often see them around maintaining the grounds as well. It is clean, well kept, quiet, and all of my neighbors that I've met have been really kind. The apartments are older and have their quirks but are well kept and incredibly comfortable - and what matters the most to me is that I am 100% confident that if anything ever goes awry, they'll address it promptly (within reason). I've lived in 1- and 2-bedroom apartments here, both spacious in their own ways (spectacular kitchen space in 1 BR, spectacular storage space in 2 br). Close to multiple grocery store and gas station options, gyms, and highways. Highly recommend. Lee mas

I only wish I had found this apartment complex when I first moved to Greensboro 5 years ago! The office staff is amazing and you won't find better anywhere! It's peaceful, quiet, and people actually wave and say hello. It's a nice close community and you will meet several wonderful people living here. I own a small dog and we dog walkers have gotten to see each other and know each other. The residents are truly wonderful and I love love love it here!

I have lived here almost a year now. Friendly, competent, reliable staff. Good neighbors. Excellent maintenance in every way. No disappointments whatsoever.

It's also beautiful. I feel like I live in a park!

My daughter and I have loved it here from day one. An older property but well-maintained, mature trees and landscaping make it feel warm and homey. We've hardly needed maintenance but if we have they come promptly and fixed the issue. It's quiet and peaceful here. We're very pleased.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Stadler Place and would recommend it to anyone (and have on several occasions). The thing that I love the most are the beautiful trees that line the property. The staff and tenants are so kind. Maintenance is extremely helpful and has come to fix the 2 small issues I had the same day. The area is very safe (I had never been to Greensboro until I went apartment hunting) and knew immediately that this was a good area. The layout is great and reasonably priced.
