Madison Hall

I’ve lived at Madison Hall for almost 5 years, and I can honestly say the best part of this place is the people who run it now. It hasn’t always been this way here. Jennifer, our property manager, has gone above and beyond at Madison Hall and really shows on the premises and in our neighbors.
She is always kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. As a single mom with children, the environment you are raising your children in is so important. Jennifer has really brought... the community together and hosts fun events that so many of us enjoy-really makes it feel more like a community.
Rich, our maintenance man, does an amazing job keeping everything in great shape and always greets everyone with a smile. He is pleasant and smiling and quick to respond and help! It’s clear they both put a lot of effort into making this a great place to live.
I’m so grateful for their hard work! Jennifer and Rich-your efforts are noticed and appreciated!

The first year and a half we lived here was great. Then they brought in a new manager. She immediately ruined the place. She took away our assigned parking spaces, claimed we never had them and then when we pointed out our letters to our apartments were on our spaces she immediately sent someone to paint over them. Still argues to this day we never had them. They claim these are smoke free apartments. They moved someone in beside us that smokes and fills our apartment with the smell. She... says she can't do anything about it and we just have to live with it. She did away with having anything outside your door. No plant, no table for packages, nothing. They threated to throw anything way they found out there. She has been nasty in all her communications. She doesn't want to be bothered enforcing the polices so she simply doesn't. Thats why she did away with our parking and refuses to do anything about the smoking. Our last leaser renewal we found out that they had typed on the lease it was for 13 months which was correct but then put Jan to Jan on the dates in error. We pointed that out and she told us it was our fault and we would have to pay the rent increase a month early. The electric bills here are very high. You can hear the wind through the windows and see daylight around your front door. Turnover here has increased dramatically. Avoid this place until such time as they hire a decent manager to run it. Living at Madison Hall is terrible. If you have a pet watch out because they will take your money , find a reason for you to get rid of your pet or move in 10 days. If you don’t they will start legal action and eventually sue you, meanwhile keeping the money you already put out. They are not helpful at all and look for reasons to get you to leave. Moving in here is like pissing your money away

Horrible management, they lie to you with sending out nasty emails quoting fire codes. They clip and past documents to support your signed lease. They did away with assigned parking for no reason and now you may not be able to park near your unit when you get home. Throw away property that has been in place for years with no complaints. Oh, and now police coming on property daily and nothing said. Feels very dangerous and afraid to go outside day or night.

The location of the property is very convenient to a lot of amenities. There are grocery stores less than 5 minutes drive away, you can easily get on the highway in less than 10 minutes. There are parks within 15 minutes.

The staff is friendly, and work to get your maintenance requests in quickly.

Only downside was that the playground was closed for repairs. Understable, given that supplies to make repairs are limited.
