Loudness of HVAC I like our apartment with tne exception of thr loudness of the HVAC fan when running. We have to continuously turn up the volume of the tv and forget having a conversation.

Apartment Living I have lived at Ballantyne Commons for 3 years. It's a safe, clean, quiet environment. The location is convenient to town, a grocery store and the interstate.
I am very happy here.

We have now lived at Ballantyne Commons for six months and what a wonder experience it has been! Management and maintenance have been very responsive to our requests and we're treated with dignity and respect. We especially enjoy the upscale and polish look of the apartment complete with crown molding, granite countertops and ample storage. Our patio faces the large retention pond and it has been delightful to watch all the crotters--birds, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmonks, etc. We are in our... early sixties as well as most of the residents in our building! It's very quiet here. We refer to it as similar to the grand independent living places but without the cafeteria! Did I mention the large gas grills and fire pit?
