Best Apt-Living Around! Having lived at Ballantyne for 10 years, I've seen a lot .. but I'm pleased to say that things are always going well, even despite the devastating 2024 Hurricane Helene .. and the highlight is the current cadre of staff -- always friendly, quick to help, and ready to offer a cup of coffee to get me thru the day!

Very responsive & quick Placed a maintenance request for fluorescent light that burned our in kitchen. This was around 8:30 in the morning. Maintenance tech came less than an hour later and quickly replaced both lamps . I was surprised and pleased at the speed to which my request was process& completed. Thanks!
