I’m truly sorry to hear about the repeated frustrations you’ve experienced during your time with us. Your concerns are absolutely valid, and... it’s clear that we’ve fallen short in providing the consistent level of service and communication that every resident deserves.

From your move-in experience to maintenance interactions and the lack of follow-through on commitments, this is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I sincerely apologize. The issues with the lock system, communication around service visits, and lack of professionalism from team members are being taken seriously, and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can begin to rebuild trust.

We’re working hard to make real changes in how we respond to maintenance concerns, communicate with residents, and follow through on what we say we’ll do.
