We also appreciate your suggestions regarding maintenance and communication. We understand that timely responses, especially for... residents with busy schedules, are important. While emails are one method we use to track requests efficiently, we are continually evaluating ways to improve phone and in-person communication so residents can reach someone promptly when needed.
Regarding the mailbox station, we recognize that broken doors can be frustrating, and we are reviewing the area to determine the best way to address and repair them safely and efficiently.
Your input is valuable in helping us improve our community, and we will continue working to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and responsive environment for all residents.
