I’m truly sorry to hear about the repeated frustrations you’ve experienced during your time with us. Your concerns are absolutely valid, and... it’s clear that we’ve fallen short in providing the consistent level of service and communication that every resident deserves.

From your move-in experience to maintenance interactions and the lack of follow-through on commitments, this is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I sincerely apologize.
