Avanna is a beautiful, peaceful environment to live and also cost friendly. Only thing i don't like is the booting on the cars without warning. Ppl that just move from others states aren't used to booting. So it unfair to those that don't know.

We understand that residents who are new to the area may not be familiar with local parking policies, and we can certainly understand how this may feel frustrating or unexpected. As part of our move-in process, the welcome letter sent to residents prior to move-in includes a link to LMS, along with instructions on how to register vehicles and review the parking requirements. We encourage all residents to review this information carefully to ensure their vehicles are properly registered and to avoid any issues with parking enforcement. That said, we appreciate your feedback regarding communication and understand that adjusting to a new community and its policies can take some time. ROACHES

Bugs non stop since move in Mar 2025. I have submitted 5+ pest control services including a “clean out service” where they just put liquid in the kitchen cabinetry and another detailed service where they put powder in the kitchen cabinetry. Neither worked and no follow up occurred lol. They are terrible and the customer service is horrible as well. Crime is rampant in this parking lot too. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

After just over a year of residing here at Avana Matthews, I can say that I like it a lot. I'm hoping to one day love it. But, because the staff is kind and considerate of my concerns, I will continue to work with them on making this "house" a home.
