I feel safe here. It’s a beautiful community overall it’s just I think that the maintenance team needs to be put together and management needs to make sure they’re answering calls because sometimes we just wanna speak to somebody right on the spot and emails are fine but it shouldn’t just be the only way to communicate to the office especially when we’re working 2 to 3 jobs most people the mailbox station also needs to be fixed. there’s a lot of like broken mailbox doors and that’s just weird to... leave it that way.

Regarding the mailbox station, we recognize that broken doors can be frustrating, and we are reviewing the area to determine the best way to address and repair them safely and efficiently.

Overall not a bad community to live in. The people in my building were great over the last 5 years. Just disappointed with how things are ending.

Used to like living there a lot more. My only complaint was my constantly noisy neighbors above me. Now, however, I have mixed feelings about the place.

When this community was under Cortland they were much better. Grey isn’t completely terrible but the maintenance has to do better
