• Identification Requirements: Each applicant must provide a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and Photo ID.
• Credit Review: We review all credit histories as part of the approval process. Depending on credit history or score ranges, additional fees or conditions may apply.
• Housing Vouchers: Many of our homes gladly accept housing vouchers. Please make sure your voucher amount meets the listed rental rate requirements for approval consideration.
• Pet Policy & Screening: Pets may be approved with an additional deposit and/or monthly pet fee. All pets, Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), and Service Animals must complete a screening profile through the following website:
