Avana Lake Norman Apartamentos

Dryer didn't work when I first moved in, took 2 visits to resolve. Dishwasher took over 2 months to get a part so I could use it.

I had an unexpected experience with Avana Lake, from the staff to the maintenance of the property i was highly impressed and continue to be. For someone that hasn't lived in an apartment for a long time, I expected the experience of getting approved, signing the lease, moving, etc to be treacherous. I was not looking forward to it. But from the initial greeting when I 1st step through the doors of the office, to getting approved, signing the lease and finally moving in was actually a pretty... painless process. Everyone one involved throughout the process were, attentive and helpful, all with a warm smile. I've enjoyed the gym. I was impressed with the equipment and I love that its open 24/7. I can go anytime and I feel absolutely safe. The neighbors have been welcoming and Im surprised how quiet it can be.
After looking at several properties, Im happy that I was able to make this my home. Thank Avana Lake!!! Lee mas

The nice, friendly and professional staff at Avana Lake Norman was great to work with. Starting from the tour to the move in, Natalia was a pleasure to work with. She covered everything so well, I didn't have any questions to ask.

Having moved here from New England, I did not have the opportunity to visit Avana Lake Norman in advance. I was disappointed that no one on the on-site team was available to show me to my apartment when I arrived, although I had notified them of my arrival time and date. Despite the lack of welcome I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and livability of my apartment. After being here for nearly a year, I have no complaints about the apartment and have nothing but praise for the... hardworking maintenance team. Lee mas
