Avana Lake Norman Apartments

I had an unexpected experience with Avana Lake, from the staff to the maintenance of the property i was highly impressed and continue to be. For someone that hasn't lived in an apartment for a long time, I expected the experience of getting approved, signing the lease, moving, etc to be treacherous. I was not looking forward to it. But from the initial greeting when I 1st step through the doors of the office, to getting approved, signing the lease and finally moving in was actually a pretty... painless process. Everyone one involved throughout the process were, attentive and helpful, all with a warm smile. I've enjoyed the gym. I was impressed with the equipment and I love that its open 24/7. I can go anytime and I feel absolutely safe. The neighbors have been welcoming and Im surprised how quiet it can be.

Having moved here from New England, I did not have the opportunity to visit Avana Lake Norman in advance. I was disappointed that no one on the on-site team was available to show me to my apartment when I arrived, although I had notified them of my arrival time and date. Despite the lack of welcome I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and livability of my apartment.
