The top floor features an open-concept layout with plenty of room to gather, whether you're recapping your round, enjoying a home-cooked meal, or simply kicking back with your favorite show. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a large dining area, ideal for shared meals or card games. A bright Carolina sunroom offers the perfect spot to sip morning coffee, catch up on emails, or unwind with a book. The attached deck extends your living space outdoors, where you can fire up the grill or relax beneath the trees after a day on the course. Access is easy with a unique access code for the duration of your stay. Smoking is not allowed, and please do not park on the street. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. No large events or parties are allowed. Fireplaces are inoperable, and there is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included, daily maid service is not part of the rental rate.
