Terrible service, raised rent, bugs, mold.
In the 13 month lease that I stayed here, my dishwasher broke 3 times, and my dryer twice. Both times it took over a month sometimes 2 for them to do anything about it, leaving me wasting money at laundry mats and washing dishes by hand for much of my stay.
One month before my lease ended, they sent me an email that if I were to renew the lease my rent would go up by $200, while every other apartment in the area has lowered their rent. Not being able to afford the new rent, I secured a new... apartment in a better area with more space and newer appliances. Then I noticed that my move out date was posted as a month after my lease ends and called to address the error. They Then said that I will be expected to pay the month-month rent ($600 more than my usual rent) for the month that I will not live here because I did not give them a 60 day notice of ending my lease, which i only decided to do because of the rent increase specified 30 days before the lease was up.
From the day I moved in to the day I moved out I found cockroaches actively crawling in and out of the poorly sealed doors and windows despite the "weekly" pest control that i never saw once.
Towards the end of my time here I decided to open up the air filter after noticing a lot of dust build up (they never came to replace filters) and found mold. My wife has had bad allergies ever since she moved in and that would probably explain it.
Don't rent here please.
