The community of Columns at Wakefield is a very clean and well maintained place to live. My experience from signing the lease, timely responses to any of my questions, to move-in was so smooth and unencumbered. I’m happy with my apartment and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment and a great cost.

My experience from a random apartment app to find a new place to call home landed at the Colombo’s of Wakefield. I looked at 3 other properties and was in a nice home before here. The appointment to tour was easy to set up, the leasing agent followed up and introduced himself so I would know who was doing the tour. I walked into this beautiful leasing office overlooking the pool and gym. Amazing presentation! I signed up after looking at 3 places on this property and ended up getting the first… choice, first apartment I saw. The beautiful grounds are well kept and mature so there’s plenty of shade to park under. I absolutely love my new home! Thank you for excellence!
