A gem in Raleigh Apartment hunting from afar can be a nightmare, but with Remington it's been a breeze.
Phillip was very quick to respond to my inquiries and helped guide me through the process. Super helpful and highly recommend after getting a peek at the unit and property. Great place a stones throw from so many cool spots in Raleigh!

Our move in was smooth from our end. However, there were multiple things we had issues with upon move in, of the apartment. Our coaxial cord for Internet was painted over, our dishwasher wasn't installed correctly, the doors to the washer/dryer units were painted over so thick they connected when closed, with the paint melting together. A drawer was scraping against the frame it was drawn out from. There is definitely a roach problem, but is to be expected living kind of in the woods. Aside from... the issues we have, it's a lovely apartment otherwise.

They never answer calls or return emails. I've even gone in and they are always closed early for no reason. Be warned if you have an issue or even just need to contact then for anything you will be ignored!
