So far, I've enjoyed the area but the apartment had several major problems upon moving in. AC unit doesn't work, and the first window unit I was brought didn't work either so I haven't been able to live here yet. I am genuinely excited about this place, but it's been a little bit rough. Hoping that my unit gets serviced tomorrow!

They’re always coming up with ways to improve resident experience, maintenance team is attentive, prices are tfair, quality of apartments and complex amenities is really good, and it’s a safe community. I renewed my lease for a second year.

The price is right and being by the lake is nice, but the buildings are old and lacking upgrades, parking is sometimes hard, and there have been a couple of crime incidents in the neighborhood
