I've lived here for almost a year. Its pretty quiet for the most part. The office is helpful in person not so much on the phone they dont answer. Lots of spiders and water bugs. Love the new paint outside the building. Definitely might reconsider resigning my lease.

I’ve absolutely loved living here! The staff is truly incredible—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help. The amenities are top-notch and make day-to-day living so easy and enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, with everything I need nearby and beautiful nature all around—it really feels like the best of both worlds. I’m so glad I chose this community and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Maintenance has been a problem at times, but otherwise ok. The trees are great. The planned activities are nice. The location of the property is excellent. Utilities are high here.

Living at Arium Lake Johnson has been a positive experience overall. The location is one of the biggest perks — close to downtown Raleigh, shopping, and major highways, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The lake and walking trails nearby make it easy to get outdoors and enjoy nature. My apartment itself is spacious with modern finishes, and I really appreciate the open floor plan and large windows that bring in natural light. Maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable time,... and the staff is friendly when I stop by the office. Parking is generally easy to find, which is a plus. Like anywhere, there are occasional hiccups, but I’ve found this community to be safe, convenient, and comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located apartment with nice amenities.

Cool folks to live around. Pool is nice, inviting folks hanging out there as well. Clean areas around. No loud after late. Staff working the office are quick to deal with issues and have a good attitude.
