Good location, so-so amenities Apartment is a great location for students but there is a lot that doesn’t work. AC units aren’t the best (when they work they’re great), elevators break down every now and then which sucks for people on upper floors, and the gym has no AC making it hotter and more humid than outside. Plus they have a whole other gym which is seemingly closed off for no reason (at least one that was provided). Bad communication and lack of proper maintenance is the biggest... complaint, but it’s cheaper than the other complexes nearby and in a good distance to school. Lee mas

10 floors, 2 elevators that only work half the time each, one flight of stairs. This place is a fire hazard waiting to happen, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

they never are at the desk when you need them, there are constant maintenance issues that take forever to get fixed, they dont have lights in the bedrooms, they have the smell of dead rats in the walls, the elevators NEVER WORK and more.

They changed the locks to our doors and made it challenging for us to get new keys so I was locked out of my apartment for a long time since they never have someone on staff to help you or answer your call when you need help.

I could go on an on.

The new management sucks and so does the apartment complex. It is not at all worth your money, I wish I had never lived here. The staff also will give you the stink eye when you go to pick up a package. Also theyre closed on weekends and the hours are very short

Terrible property, old and musty with rodent and bug problems everywhere. The management is so bad at their jobs and I don’t think they actually do anything. Student workers are nice at least, but that can’t fix an overall terrible place.
