Horrible

The building is really old, things break very often. The manager Roger is just rude, mean etc. they will not fix what’s broken and if they do it’s going to take some weeks and after those weeks it will surely break again. You think they will be nice to us since they let us live in a place where bats and rats infest the walls. Those bats keep you up all night walking through the vents and squeaking.
