The sunroom offers a futon that lays flat, accommodating the 8th guest, and includes a dedicated desk and chair, board games, cards, and Monopoly.

Bartlett, New Hampshire is a gateway to the renowned White Mountains and is just a 10 to 15-minute drive from restaurants and shops in downtown North Conway, less than 5 minutes to a grocery store, and less than 10 minutes to a nearby pharmacy.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. If you bring a pet, please clean up after it, as additional payment will be requested for any extra clean-up. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Hot tub maintenance is scheduled every Wednesday.
