This home does not have AC, but fans are provided as the climate is generally mild. Located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, this home is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refunds. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. Trash or food must not be left outside due to the presence of wildlife, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 p.m., and check-out is by 11 a.m., with unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to a $100 per hour fee.
