Feel at home in "The Anchor", a one-of-a-kind, custom-built vacation home in the heart of Hampton Beach. To access the front door you must walk up a set of... spiral stairs. This fully equipped home offers 2-bedrooms and 2-baths within 990 sqft of living space.
This home sleeps up to 5 people and boasts sprawling views of the marshlands from the back deck. Enjoy natural light throughout from stunning skylights and large windows. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows with marsh views, a sectional couch, a futon, and a gas fireplace. The industrial-design kitchen features leathered granite countertops and a full stainless steel appliance suite, with all cooking essentials provided. The primary suite includes custom-made closets, a washer and dryer, and a custom en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. High-speed internet, mini-split heating and cooling, and clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.
The home offers 2-3 free off-street parking spots; however, all guests must park on property at their own risk due to the parking made of gravel, and there's also an occasional super high tide, which can bring the water table rising 18 inches above ground level and can damage personal property left/parked in the parking area. Guests should keep a close eye on the tide tables and, in the event of super high tides, simply move their car to street/public parking nearby.
