Additional amenities include a mudroom with built-ins, a half bathroom, a farmers porch with a gas grill and outdoor seating, an in-unit washer and dryer, central heat, air conditioning via mini-split or window A/C, and an automatic backup generator.
A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.
Located on the Atlantic Coast, the Town of Rye, New Hampshire is a one-hour drive by car from Boston, Massachusetts; Portland, Maine; or the foothills of New Hampshire's White Mountains. Rye is known for its beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, and coastal fun, ideally situated between Hampton to the south and Portsmouth to the north. This home is a 4-minute drive to the beach and a 10-minute drive to downtown Portsmouth, so a car is needed to get around.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Guests must be 25 years old to book. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after them. Additional payment will be requested for any extra clean-up required due to pets. No house parties are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are prohibited in or on the property. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement.
