Welcome to "Serenity @ Snug Harbor," Rye's newest boutique rental accommodation. Feel at home in this single-level apartment, Unit 4, which features sizable... front windows with a partial ocean view. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment sleeps up to 6 people.
Recently renovated as of May 2023 and newly furnished, this apartment features central AC/heat via a high-efficient mini-split system. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances and a drip coffee maker. The living room offers a 50" Roku smart TV with very basic cable and the ability to log into your streaming services. Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 each offer a queen-size bed with clean linens. The bathroom has a shower and tub, and clean bath towels are provided. Relax on your private deck with ample outdoor furniture to take in the breathtaking sites, but note that all outdoor furniture is stored from November 1st to mid-May. The common grounds are open and well-maintained, ideal for sunbathing and lounging. A starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer are provided to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay, so please plan to bring additional supplies if you anticipate needing more.
Two off-street parking spots are available.
This Rye location is known for beautiful unique beaches, tasty seafood, and coastal fun, ideally sandwiched between Hampton (south) and Portsmouth (north). The apartment is one of two units in the side-by-side middle dwelling, across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to Wallis Sands Beach.
There is no laundry on site. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. You must be at least 25 years old to book. The internet in this area can be unstable and drops frequently. There might be some road and/or building construction near the listing that are not communicated prior, as well as loud noises from the outside, which are out of our control.
