Common areas are clean and well kept, and neighbors are friendly. Debbie the manager was an amazing help in the application process, you can tell she is the reason this development runs so well. My fiancé and I recently moved into the boulevard at brick. The process was quick and easy. Debbie made sure that all of our paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Most of all I think we love most about this place is how quiet it is. All in all, a great experience.

The application process is very simple and everything moved quickly. Debbie, the property manager, was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Move in day was easy as Debbie told us everything we needed to know so we were very prepared. She also does a great job of making sure everything is going smoothly after move in day, and addresses any questions you may have. The property and our unit are very beautiful and well kept.

I just recently moved into the complex with my young son! My experience from the very start has been nothing but amazing and easy!
