My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. From our very first phone call with Debbie when we set up our tour, to navigating all the steps in between, all the way up until move in and 2 weeks after Debbie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has had an answer to every single one of my crazy questions. I can honestly say this place is a hidden gem, the community is beautiful, safe, quiet and beyond well maintained. My fiancé and I recently moved into our apartment at Boulevard at Brick and we LOVE it! The complex is beautiful and our apartment itself was in amazing condition upon moving in. The property manager, Debbie, was an absolute pleasure to work with from our initial tour of the complex to move in. She is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She played a large part in making apartment hunting enjoyable and stress-free!

The Boulevard at Brick offers great amenities and stylish apartment accommodations. Located in a great area between Brick and Tom’s River, you really can’t go wrong. Common areas are clean and well kept, and neighbors are friendly. Debbie the manager was an amazing help in the application process, you can tell she is the reason this development runs so well. My fiancé and I recently moved into the boulevard at brick. The process was quick and easy. Debbie made sure that all of our paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Most of all I think we love most about this place is how quiet it is. All in all, a great experience.

The application process is very simple and everything moved quickly. Debbie, the property manager, was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. Move in day was easy as Debbie told us everything we needed to know so we were very prepared. She also does a great job of making sure everything is going smoothly after move in day, and addresses any questions you may have. The property and our unit are very beautiful and well kept.
