broad manor apartments

Where do I start can we have this a zero ! These people doesn’t want to do repairs they wait to break a leg and give you a run around please beware !!! WARNING BE CAREFUL

Where do I start... there’s been a bed bug problem. For a long time, the front door was broken and landlord didn’t want to spend the money to fix it. There’s ONE laundry room for everyone with only 2-3 washer machines & they’re tiny and expensive and for a while one was broken and it took forever to replace. Kitchen needs to be updated. Floors don’t get polished and appliances don’t get updated after tenant moves out. If you need something fixed, it takes dayssss for it to be done and she tries... hiring people that don’t know what they’re doing so she doesn’t have to spend so much money. Landlord tries to raise rent and fees and tries to get as much money out of you as she possibly can. The ONLY good thing about the apartments are the sizes and that it’s pet friendly but landlord has favoritism. Landlord had called my husband to resolve an issue we’ve been having and she wouldn’t let him finish talking, she kept cutting him off and speaking over him which is very rude. Lee mas

This building has bug beds in all the building. The building door are not safe they have broken locks . Landlord doesn't want to fix everything properly she doesn't want to spend money to fix anything in the building she has people come in from outside and do little job that has no license.
I don't recommend these apartment to no one .

I want to thank Ms. Helen (Landlord) for the opportunity of allowing my daughter to be part of Broad Manor tenants. My daughter recently moved to your building and gave us the great news that your building is pet friendly. The one time security is very cheap $200.00 and the monthly pet fee of $40.00 is awesome.
Everything in her apartment has been taking careof immediately and that brings peace to my heart knowing that my daughter is happy and safe. I strongly recommend Broad Manor.
The... only suggestion would be to have window screens on all the windows and the bedroom I strongly recommend rugs to eliminate the squeeky noise of wood floors.
The second parking permit is also extremely to high $75.00 I suggest $50.00 should be fair. Other than that: everything else is great!

I'm very pleased that I chose Broad Manor to be my home. Also very excited because the building now is Pet Friendly. Monthly fee is only $40.00 and a one time security deposit of $200.00 per pet (2 allowed). The building is going through renovation and we all at Broad Manor are excited and very happy. I strongly recommend Broad Manor for those seeking a one bedroom apartment and pet friendly environment.
