Molds in the hallway. Lights were off for a long time. We asked them to fix this for many times but nothing gets done, other than that it is reasonable place to live.

Hi Jeeyin, Our team is handling the recurring roof leak in that area and are working closely with contractors to have it addressed. We can confirm there are no mold concerns, and any necessary treatments are being addressed effectively. If you are... referring to hallway lighting, we have been replaci ng all fixtures as needed and are still awaiting some fixtures to arrive for replacement. Please reach out to the office to discuss any concerns further.

I do overall really enjoy my experience here. My only complaints are I continue to see residents walking their dogs off leash not matter how many times I address it or how. Unless it was fixed in the last 2 days the knob to the fire pit has been gone rendering the pit unusable for at least 6 months now, and since I moved here 11 months ago, the dog park has never had running water for the fillable bowl. Also whoever keeps leaving piles of gigantic dog waste, multiple at times, INSIDE THE DOG... PARK needs to be fined. That is a health hazard to other dogs and a blatant slap in the face to the other people who live here to not pick it up right next to a trash bin.
I'm also still disappointed that there shuffleboard table is gone with no new game of some kind to take its place. There is a good selection of games there but the pool sticks are all in poor condition.
But the front desk, leasing office, maintenance staff, and grounds crew are all outstanding.

Please feel free to notify us directly anytime you see this occur, so we can be sure to reach out to the... residents in violation directly. The same applies with any residents who do nut curb their pets in the dog park. The fire pit repair was delayed due to awaiting on the part to arrive. We anticipate this to be resolved by the end of this week. As for the dog park water, this line is off temporarily, while we review a permanent solution to the water lines that are damaged due to the tree roots. Hi Kathleen, we are disappointed to hear this feedback. Our janitorial team tends to each building separately per a weekly rotating schedule. Please let us know if you see something specific during the time they've yet to arrive to your building. As... for the lighting, our team has been replacing all hallway lighting in increments at a time as the lights arrive from our distributor and will have all hallway lights replaced that are out within the next couple months. There are two elevators in building 56, one of them is awaiting on a part from the elevator vendor. Please utilize the second available elevator in the interim.
