The Core

Overall, I am very happy with my experience at The Core. The staff has consistently worked very hard to address any concerns of mine that have come up, and I appreciate that greatly.

The core has a great concept and vision. I just wish all of the stores were open as it’s been over a year and still some empty business areas. The main focal building, French bakery shooodnof been the first thing open and if they aren’t ready to open should have been opened to another business.

The area is a central location and there are new restaurants opening. The apartments look nice at first glance but when you look closer you can see the issues from openings around the windows to holes in the wall where pipes go through. Recently I started getting springtails and clover mites in my apartment which are clearly coming from outside (I live on the pool side). The pest company barely sprayed the first time and claimed they were coming from food stores when all my pantry stuff is in... sealed containers. The issue is still ongoing. Lee mas

Everyone at the Core has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process from my first visit to check out the property to getting my keys. I am excited to have a home in such a great community.

Absolutely love it. We moved in on the 15th and are really happy with our overall experience. The entire leasing team is great. Friendly, Personable and most importantly Helpful. There is not one bad thing i can say.
