Broken appliances and completely lack of maintenance

It's been 16 days since I opened a work order for the dryer, which stopped producing heat and drying 2 weeks after I moved here. I contacted them through all means possible, including 5 office visits, 10+ calls, texts, emails, you name it. No use. They refuse to fix it even though the maintenance guy came last Monday and fixed a work order I submitted later than that, which is a broken dishwasher (also broke in two weeks) that is less urgent and promised to come back to fix the dryer the same... day.

Oh yeah, and the dishwasher was not fixed, it was briefly, and now it's completely broken, even more broken than before. Before it works 50% of the time, now it works 0% of the time, and I had to submit a brand new work order which will never get filled because guess what, it's been 16 days since my last work order had opened!

All of the leasing office staff are kind and helpful. When we arrived on move-in day, the apartment was ready, with only a few minor issues in the apartment.
