Arrive Fort Lee Apartamentos

Living at Arrive Fort Lee has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. The apartments are clearly getting old and are in desperate need of renovation. What makes it worse is the complete lack of maintenance — they either take forever to respond or just ignore requests altogether.

The HVAC system is insanely loud — it sounds like a jet engine every time it kicks on. It’s hard to sleep, work, or even have a conversation in peace. For what they charge in rent, you’d expect at least the... basics to work properly.

Save yourself the headache. There are way better places in Fort Lee for the same (or less) money. I seriously regret moving here. Lee mas

The maintenance responded quickly. The leasing office was responsible and answered questions promptly. The security system is safe. Great place to live

Arrive Fort Lee charges a premium "gated" community rent, but they provide next to no service. Everything is always broken, mismanaged or delayed. The people that live here are children who are disrespectful - incapable of following the most basic common courtesy. Maintenance consists of the laziest people I've ever met. I would suggest Arrive Fort Lee only if it was between here & homelessness. I cannot wait to complete my lease. Avoid at all costs.

So that was 5 months ago & Arrive Fort Lee then proceeded to do exactly nothing different. Front gate is still broken every other week. The building 3 elevator has been out of service multiple times this year & the fire alarms go off weekly. You can also just straight up get into building 3 w/o a key fob because the door is broken. The solution? Duct tape the handle shut instead of fixing it.

Arrive Fort Lee is always sorry for the inconvenience, but they should don't mind causing inconvenience.

I'll be honest—my partner and I were initially hesitant to move in because of some of the negative reviews. But I urge anyone reading this to remember that people are often quick to share bad experiences and less likely to post when things are going well.

Now that we've been here for almost 2 months, I truly couldn't be more grateful to call Arrive Fort Lee home. So much so that I felt compelled to leave a positive review.

The property is incredibly well-maintained—always clean, peaceful, and... quiet. The amenities are beautiful, especially the on-site gym, and my dog has absolutely loved making friends around the community and in the dog park.

The staff here is exceptional. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and I have to give a special shoutout to Rose and Turika. From day one, Rose made the process of touring and moving in so smooth. She’s always quick to respond and eager to help with anything that comes up.

Alongside many others, we’re planning to be long-term residents at Arrive because it’s a truly wonderful place to live. I'm so thankful we made the decision to move here! Lee mas
