Parc at Lyndhurst

Don’t be fooled, this place is not a luxury building as advertised. The management is almost nonexistent and unresponsive. It's so bad that the Google reviews have been removed due to bad reviews. This building has a lot of dogs, and the staff should be diligent about keeping the premises clean, however, the building is not cleaned every day, There is only one cleaning lady who is rarely ever seen cleaning anything except the glass on the entry door. The carpet on each floor hardly ever gets... vacuumed (maybe twice per month). There’s dog hair all over the laundry room, including in the washing machines, and roaches have been a problem in units. Packages aren’t secure either, they’re just tossed packages on the floor where anyone can steal them. There was a woman named Alli who worked for management, she was effective and actively trying to make things better, but once she left after getting pregnant, everything went downhill. This place isn’t worth it. There are other NEW luxury buildings in the immediate area with similar pricing. I HIGHLY recommend you do your research. Lee mas

I am a current resident here and cannot wait to get out of my lease! READ REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LIVE HERE AND NOT JUST TOURED IT!!!!
****if you have any kind of respiratory issues run far away! People smoke cigarettes RIGHT IN FRONT of the lobby doors everyday and smoke is in your face when trying to get in your place of residence, the hallways and stairs stink like POT(marijuana)at least once a week******
Packages are RARELY placed in the mailroom that we pay for.
Not to mention... the place looks like a garbage truck dropped off its collections. Garbage chutes are backed up about 3 times a week and garbage is piled in the hallways.
If you call lyndhurst health department they will tell you the multiple calls they received about here.

Went to see the apartment after I was told that everything was OK. I get there the girl told me that I didn't qualify and she was only counting me and my mom after I told her that there is a 3rd person on the application as well. Then she showed me a small 1 bedroom apartment and said that a handicap guy used to live there until he moved. I've noticed that anybody can rent there, but when it came down to me, my mom and husband we get declined

I've had a good experience living here the last couple of years. The kitchen is nicely done and the apartment is nice and spacious. Staff is always very helpful and I feel like the apartment is a great price for all of what you get. I do use the gym and it is always clean and nice. The courtyard is great and fun to hangout on nice days. So far, so good!

Great building, excellent management team, very spacious apartments, reasonable prices for the area and location, and nice amenities. Great place to live.
