All staff are friendly and helpful. Building is well maintained, especially since it is not a new one. Location is convenient and with great views.

Although the atmosphere is peaceful, the management staff is somewhat rude, and there is an additional charge for amenities that are closed all year round.

Lived in halfmoon harbour for 18 years. I have loved my time there over the years. As of late the management team has changed several times. The current regime has been less efficient than past management companies. The building has been in construction mode for several months and no resolution in sight. They are charging amenity fees despite no amenities being available to use. The staff in the leasing office are not friendly. Strange issues with the elevators. If you’re sensitive to smoke of... any kind this is not a good building to live in. No oversight on how to remedy this continuing problem. The building is NO SMOKING. I have witnessed over the years and in recent days people and staff smoking in front of the building near the front doors. The remodeled apartments are done with cheap carpet and cheap fixtures.
I will say that they do keep it clean. The front desk people are nice and accommodating. The maintenance staff is great!
