Moving to this community was by far the best decision I've made. After visiting over 12 buildings in the area, I chose Half Moon Harbor. Natalie, Cesar, and Alexis made me feel welcome and were very attentive and helpful throughout the moving process. I will definitely recommend this building to anyone who is looking to move to this area.

I am so far satisfied with the apartment but the construction management is very annoying. Construction is taking much longer than it should inconveniencing everyone.

So far, it has been a great experience! Natalie was great at explaining everything. Very patient and extremely professional. I truly love the welcome gift detail - it made me feel great :). Also, Jessi and Cesar at the front desk are amazing! So welcoming and super helpful at guiding me on my moving logistics. After visiting about 12 buildings on the Port Imperial Avenue/River Road strip, I am convinced I made the right choice by picking Half Moon Harbour as my "place to call home."

The leasing agent was great! Natalie was very patient and helped us find the right unit for us.
The move in was easy and front desk staff very helpful and friendly in helping us with any questions. Maintenance, very helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve been living here for four years and my last year was a terrible experience. Until now for four month, I’ve been reporting to the management regarding night noises in apartment 411. Another tenant from apt 312 is reporting.to the management on same for already five months without any result. Additionally, last two months the alarm like a siren from the same apartment 411 is waking up everyone including tenants in apartment 512. Everything is confirmed by Concierge. We cannot sleep at night... and unfortunately our complaints stay without in solution.
