I recently moved into Half Moon Harbor, and overall I’ve had a great experience. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and the location is fantastic with beautiful views and easy access to the city.

The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The amenities are well maintained, and the building feels safe and quiet.

There are still a few areas that could be improved. Communication during the move-in process could have been clearer, especially regarding parking and… some building policies. The resident app is also a bit confusing and not very intuitive at first.

Even with those minor issues, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Half Moon Harbor to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live close to New York City.
