I’ve had such a great experience living here. The location is super convenient—close to everything I need, yet still quiet and peaceful. The views from the apartment are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset—definitely one of my favorite features!
The staff has been friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. It really feels like they care about the residents here, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and... scenic place to call home!

Good location (especially if you have puppies), great staff, management is the same as other apartment buildings - take as what you think. Waterfront is a nice view.
