All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host or property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. There are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway or doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck or patio or driveway area. These cameras may record audio and video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. All properties are no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes or e-cigs. You may smoke outside and away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
