Miss happiness and caring of 1st year residents. Residents this year seem to be more kind and considerate than during my 2nd lease renewal year. The leasing agent is taking steps towards bringing complex back up to luxury status and welcoming resident interaction with events, newsletters, postings of interest and has been taking appreciated steps towards package delivery organization and securing premises. However, still looking forward to the time when there will be repairing and repainting... walls damaged by move ins and outs, steam cleaning carpets and upholstery, and exterior window cleaning.
