Doors to exterior still often broken/left ajar, carpeting stains remain month after month, 3rd floor hallway walls were skipped during painting of 1st & 2nd floor hallways, carpeting in desperate need of vacuuming and steam cleaning, exterior windows have not been cleaned in 4 years, coffee maker in need of service day after day, BBQ grills need deep cleaning. Residents leave them disgusting after use — landlord needs to address that or clean at least weekly! Package delivery process needs to... be orderly and consistent…too many collected in main lobby and all over the floor— blocking the walking area by mailboxes…
