Rahway Plaza Apartments

I've Lived at the Plaza for almost 4 months now. It's beautiful, quiet & clean. The apartments are spacious with incredible views on the higher floors. It's maintained well along with the building and grounds. The staff is very friendly, especially the ladies in the rental office; Frances & Jamie were very helpful from the very beginning and the same for the maintenance crew.

Rahway Plaza apartment is a two building 12 story highrise complex. I have been a resident for appropriately 2 1/2 years and I have no complaints. The buildings was constructed around 1970s, but they are well maintained. The workers are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand if you have a heavy pice of furniture to move. The residents consists of retirees, singles,family's and elderlys. I love this complex because they have a pool, for adults and one for the younger children. They they... also have a nice playground for the children. The tenants and children are friendly and courteous. They always say goodmorng or hello when passing each other in the hallway or on the elevator. The
The court yard is well maintained & they have picnic tables with onsite bareguwpits for the enjoyment of the tenant. I am very impressed that the tenentenants adherevto all the rules of the complex enabling us to enjoy peace and tranquility. Other amenities that they offer their tenant is the have a ramp room that tenants can discard unwanted furniture items and they will get it off the premises for you. They also have a donation closing bin for unwanted clothing's. In other word you do not have to leave you comlext to declutter, you just have to take it to the basement. This is excellent for elderly & handicap. If something is broken in your apartment it is fix in an expeditious manner. The location is fabulous it is 5 mins from Rahway train station. The postnofficevis across the street, municipal building is right next to the complex, along with a great Library and a recreational center. It is also located in a performing arts community because it has two fabulous performing arts center within walking distance. The complex provides two amazing tenants appreciated BBQ twice a year. Every three years you are entitled to have your apartment renovated, meaning, new paint job, new carpets, new blinds, and kitchen upgrade. The complex is not luxury, but they are doing an excellent job in making sure the tenants are happy. I would also like to mention that they have beautiful huge balconies for each apartments and they dfo have cameras vand it keyless entry. Company has to buzz the apartment and get buxzed in. They also have a security guard on duty form 9am to 12 am. I love this apartment and I have no intention to move. They also have free transport that can pick in nonbtraver, handicap, and seniors to take them on various shopping extrusion. I have been laid off an need the Lee mas
