The Harper At Harmon Meadow

Everything is amazing so far! My family and I are exploring the neighborhood and loving every bit of it. We feel very happy, safe, and secure thus far.

I’ve had a great experience living in this community. The staff is responsive, the amenities are well-maintained, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care put into keeping everything running smoothly.

Consistent lack of communication between residents and "management" doesn't live up to the luxurious prices we pay for rent, amenities, and every other fee. It sometimes feels as though people are inept with handling difficult building issues,complaints, or creating proper protocols to prevent such issues.

The past couple of years that has been a lack of upkeep with general common spaces -- broken furniture, appliances, and doors.

Constant fire alarms due to residents opening doors when... their apartments smokes up which later creates false alarms.

I lived in this apartment for less a week and had a great experience. The building is well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive to maintenance requests. The location is perfect — close to public transit and grocery stores. The apartment itself had modern appliances and plenty of natural light. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home.

I have been at The Harper for over 2 years now and have had the best experience living here. The office is very responsive with all requests and are always available to help.
