Harbor 1500 Apartamentos

The apartment is great, the location is awesome. We are only using gym facility, and it definitely can be taken care of better than it is right now. Yoga room (and mats there) are dirty, plus people are not returning the equipment after using it. The reception people are polite, definitely appreciate that. Maintenance comes quickly, but we had a problem with a dishwasher and every time they come and say it’s fixed now (the dishes are wet after the cycle) and every time it’s not. In general, all... is good, but definitely some room for improvement. The price could have been better, too. Lee mas

Renewed my lease. Building has been great so far, with no complaints. Great amenities, great location. All in all, happy to be staying here another year.
