nice location. can easily connect to buses, lightrail and ferry. view is good too. the management is friendly and maintanance team is helpful.

It is good but need improvement in common areas, wall keeping and access to roof later for weekends, access h24 to the conference room. Lastly more maintenance of the Wood on the roof and replace lights

The apartment is great, the location is awesome. We are only using gym facility, and it definitely can be taken care of better than it is right now. Yoga room (and mats there) are dirty, plus people are not returning the equipment after using it. The reception people are polite, definitely appreciate that. Maintenance comes quickly, but we had a problem with a dishwasher and every time they come and say it’s fixed now (the dishes are wet after the cycle) and every time it’s not. In general, all... is good, but definitely some room for improvement. The price could have been better, too.
