Unattended children run up and down the hallways several times throughout the day & night.
Tenants allow their children to run back & forth in the apartments above & beneath you all day and at late hours of the night!
It’s a non smoking building but each floor wreaks of marijuana.
Ongoing loud late night parties throughout the week.
Management does nothing about it!
