If I could give it negative stars I would. The management is very unprofessional and does not care for the residents. I lived in a 1st floor apartment and could hear the upstairs resident walking. The ceiling/floors are not only thin but also unsafe. As they're walking upstairs the ceiling fan is shaking and almost got unhinged from the ceiling. I called the office. They said there's nothing they can do and would not transfer me to another apartment. This is being reported as UNSAFE. Also, no... parking and the parking spots are too small and for motorcycles not cars. Finally, I returned the keys and they charged me for "unreturned keys" - unethical and unprofessional. Lee mas

While I have had positive interactions with the staff when they do actually communicate with me, the lack of communication here is a HUGE problem. I (and other residents I know here) find it terribly difficult to get someone to return phone calls or emails, so you have to go the office if you want a guaranteed response. After you've signed your lease, you feel like a bank account if you, like me, work during the day, because otherwise you're lucky if anyone bothers to call or email or even let... you know maintenance has worked on something, if they are actually working on it, which is 50/50. Not once has anyone left a note that they've been inside my apartment in the year and 3 months I've been here.

Some examples: My window once broke in the middle of winter, and after 7 days of waiting, I asked if someone was going to come fix it, and they said they had completely forgotten about it. They claim that they have security at night, but I've never seen any such thing. They claim that they have a security camera in front of the leasing office, but I don't think that exists either. When I moved in, I asked them to come back and fix a few things with the cabinets and carpet; never happened. I asked to be put on a waiting list for a parking space; never happened. They repainted the handicap spaces but didn't put a sign that there was wet paint, so I stepped in it and ended up with a blue stain on my carpet. I asked about the lights not working on the carport I was paying for and got several different stories but never once was told if or when the lights would be fixed so that I could make an informed decision. It's fine to be imperfect, but I don't think it is too much to ask to get honest, accurate, timely information so that we can make decisions accordingly. And here, the information you get is rarely honest, accurate, or timely (unless you are relentless).

The manager and agents are nice when you do speak to them, but at the end of the day, fundamentally they have so many issues with communication, honesty, and follow-through that I would not recommend it to anyone. They claim that they're receptive to feedback, but I can't comment on how or whether anything will change. Maybe someone else will have a better experience if they overhaul their current approach to managing the property, start returning phone calls/emails, take responsibility, provide complete and accurate information, and follow through on commitments without requiring perpetual follow-up. I lived here for about a year in 2020-21. It was a great experience. Residents were left alone, property was well maintained. Renovated apartments are definitely worth the price. Best apartment I have ever stayed at.

Management is extremely poor and dishonest, the property is old, not maintained well and very very very over priced for what you get. 6 months later I’m still waiting for promised repairs.

While the leasing office may seem nice, and the staff friendly, the complex is old and run down and management lies. I moved in 6 months ago to an apartment that was advertised as "upgraded". What i got on move in day was a dirty, run down apartment with 1980s fixtures and stained carpeting. I complained to management right away and Rhonda, the property manager apologized and promised to fix the issues. That was June. I write this on October 26. Save your money!!! the area has much nicer... complexes that I wish I lived in. Lee mas
