Washer and dryers are very old never cleaned along with your AC units and heaters never cleaned. Monthly inspections on you and u want to be there because they will snoop through your stuff. Appliance's won't be fixed unless they are totally broken they will tell u your AC works fine and make u sit in 85-90° house and won't attempt to help. Infested with roaches so much so they have to spray poison every few months. Owners don't care about the people just your money.

Do not live here unless you have no other choice. You don't get to use your ac when you want it's turned on when they want and has never once been cleaned out in the 4 years I've been here.

We had a few problems at first but got it fixed . Its like home its my first apartment with my daughter and boyfriend and a new baby on the way. I would reccomend this apartment to others. Its very homey and nice. The neighborhood is alright but i would like to be in a different part of neighborhood. But all in all i rate it a 3 out of 5.
