AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!

I lived here for 6 years and each year it only got worse and worse. Caused no problems, paid rent on time and all we got from them is an increase in rent each year. All they care about is getting your money and not investing into their property at all.

In the last 6 months, my unit was flooded twice due to plumbing issues in the unit above. We were given no help from management, no extension of rent or discount of rent. I had... no access to half of my apartment for 3 weeks! And yet, during the move out, I was charged for an apartment cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee which is ridiculous because there was no mention of it in the lease or during the move out process. I will be contesting these fees due to their negligence of taking care of their units. THIS PLACE WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING.

After the flooding, I requested a mold test and the maintenance guy told me, "They did a test and there is no mold." When asked to see the results, he could not provide them for me. Management and maintenance people are shady as hell and do not care about maintaining their property or investing into it.

Place is a dump and management is useless. The maintenance team was ok on a couple issues, but otherwise, this place is terrible.

Its a filthy complex, no security (my truck was broken into and I know two other neighbors had their vehicles broken into within a month of mine), both pools were closed for half of the past summer, and now they're trying to charge me extra month to month rent after I hand delivered a 30-day notice of intent to vacate.

Don't live here for even a short stint.

Definitely won’t be renewing. New renters beware management is rude and no matter how loyal of a tenant you are they are not willing to listen to you. They increase the rent every year without any upgrades on top of the pool that you’re paying for monthly to never be opened. Maintenance takes forever to get stuff done. These people moved out weeks ago and they are letting this trash just sit here stinking up the building but they demand so much money?? You can take the same dollar and get better... living services at one of the apartments buildings across the street. You’ll get a pool in this 110+ weather no roaches and a relatable leasing office. You guys should really treat your tenants better Lee mas

I have lived here for almost 13 years. They have changed management at least 3 or 4 times in those years. NEVER are we told there is a new team there. Also, the past 12 years have had the absolute BEST pest control........until they went and changed this past year. It's definitely a DOWN grade. They should have never got rid of such an excellent service and will be expected to have a lot of bugs this coming summer for sure. Also, the new pest service (which I think is just the complexes staff)... doesn't use pet safe products. Lee mas

Velvet and Lilly saved us !!! They made sure we got into our home!! Their professional attitude and kindness made things flawless. Maintenance has met our every need in a timely manner, friendly and helpful. I highly suggest moving to this community.
