AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS!
I lived here for 6 years and each year it only got worse and worse. Caused no problems, paid rent on time and all we got from them is an increase in rent each year. All they care about is getting your money and not investing into their property at all.
In the last 6 months, my unit was flooded twice due to plumbing issues in the unit above. We were given no help from management, no extension of rent or discount of rent. I had... no access to half of my apartment for 3 weeks! And yet, during the move out, I was charged for an apartment cleaning fee and carpet cleaning fee which is ridiculous because there was no mention of it in the lease or during the move out process. I will be contesting these fees due to their negligence of taking care of their units. THIS PLACE WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING.
After the flooding, I requested a mold test and the maintenance guy told me, "They did a test and there is no mold." When asked to see the results, he could not provide them for me. Management and maintenance people are shady as hell and do not care about maintaining their property or investing into it.
ONCE AGAIN, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE.
