Villa Serena Apartamentos

Now that I am settled in I enjoy living there. The neighborhood is quiet, grounds are kept clean but mostly at the front of the complex. I use the gym a lot and I’ll be using the grills. I chose a partially renovated unit and slightly regretting that. You can tell the cabinets have been painted 1,000 times, the walls/baseboards in the bathroom are looking rough, my bathroom sink leaked and flooded already. A positive is that my carpet is new so I was grateful. The office staff is nice. I... doubt they like me because of my move-in process but they are still kind to me which is all I ask for. My unit was a slight disaster when I got the keys. I don’t think anyone did a final walkthrough before saying it was ready for move in, even the leasing agent looked embarrassed by everything. It took about a week and me wanting to cancel my lease but it all got fixed eventually. So aside from that and that I don’t trust the maintenance team to do the right thing, it’s a nice place to live. Lee mas

Everyone is so nice and the complex is beautiful I’m so happy to have found my home . Eldridge was very helpful and Rebecca and everyone in the office is great

I have no complaints. I appreciate how attentive the staff is and how quickly maintenance works to fix any and all requests. I am comfortable in my space.

I enjoy living here. There is only a main issue:

People not picking up after their dogs, so there is a lot of dog poop on the grounds & the dog park.

Its grea some fixer uppers are needed, but the community is so far so good. The food and stores around are good and everything is very close.
