I love living at Fireskye! I love my apartment. Te office staff are all very helpful and friendly. All stores are near by. I recommend renting here.

I love it here. That's why I have been here so long. Great community and great staff. My place is a little older than some of the other units and could use some refreshing. Other than that it's great to live here

The only positive thing is that my lease will eventually end at this place. From our move in date until now we have had issues with them not having a sense of urgency. We were told we could move into the apartment but once I got there it was not ready. They hadn't finish cleaning. The AC was broken and we could not shower because of how dirty the shower was. They had to come back the next day to basically repaint the shower in order to get rid of the stains. We received a gas bill of 300 dollars... in which they told us it was a Southwest issue. I had to call off from work so I can have Southwest see if there is a leak. The employee from Southwest told me there was no leaks. The office did not believe me so I had to call Southwest again and have to Southwest worker explain to the maintenance worker of Firesky that there was no leak and that was not the issue. Now, we are dealing with the upstairs neighbor water heater flooding our porch and bedroom. This is the second day without any hot water. The issue has not been fixed and I physically have to go to the office to ask for any updates. There is no sense of urgency with the staff because they have hot water at their home so they could really care less about our issue. I wish we did not renew our lease. It is not worth saving the money at this point because the amount of stress and issues with had with this place.

The latest and most significant is the air conditioning is leaking. I have called, emailed, and stopped by the office.

No one has responded in any form, and they left the inside unit open, and it is still leaking.

Since January 2023, they have had four property managers and so many other office staff that they are gone before you learn their names.

Mailboxes are being broken into, and projects are being started but not finished.

Trash all around the property, homeless people jumping the pool... fence, and people have defecated on the pool deck.

Please save yourself. This place is a crap hole. Lee mas

No recomiendo para nada este sitio no es un lugar seguro para vivir,se te rompe algo dentro del apartamento y el personal de mantenimiento va a los 15 dias porque segun ellos no tienen casi personas trabajando de mantenimiento,me an robado mis cosas de dentro de mi garage dos veces e ido a la oficina e echo reporte policíal y a nadie le importa nada, muy mala atencion de parte del personal de la oficina y managers, no hay seguridad cuidando el condominio tampoco camaras,un desastre, yo me... siento aterrada viviendo aqui me voy a ir lo mas pronto posible,no lo recomiendo para nada es lo peor.??
