Katie Court Apartments

I want to give a thorough and honest report of Katie Court, Apartments after leaving here for close to one month
I am currently going to a separation for my spouse and was looking for a affordable place to live to place small and decent and clean I looked throughout the valley and Katie Court is one of the cheapest places to live most places don't even offer a studio apartment. I signed a six month lease which is very rare also and $1000 off the total price each month is $700. I've currently... been living here for over three plus weeks the studio apartment is clean and repainted and new flooring. The appliances are older. The building was built in 1971 but it is well maintained for the age. It is a 55-year-old building so you can't expect the new amenities of a new apartment complex. Which is understandable the building and Laundry room and property is well maintained. It is a four story building with an elevator, the elevator is slow but at least they have an elevator. And there is only 107 units and it's usually is not a long wait for the elevator. I've seen maintenance man cleaning crew quit often it seems that it's very well-maintained.
The ladies in the office are professional at their jobs. And seemed to do their job very well and they give text and emails whenever there's an issue right away.

My biggest worry was the location. The biggest issue is there is a park nearby with many homeless people, but I have not seen one on the property. There is a gated fence with a code to get into the apartments. The parking lot is outside the gate, but I have not seen one incident with anybody by the vehicles. I have not seen any incidences with police involvement on the property either in my time here . Another issue iI was worried about was bugs and roaches. I have not seen any yet in almost one month . Other residents did state they had them, but I did not see any in almost a month and they will do spraining upon request
My final assessment is that if you were looking for an affordable place to live, don't be afraid to look at Katie Court apartments just give it a tour and check for yourself. I feel completely safe here. and Katie Court, Apartments does background checks on all the applicants so anybody with a criminal record within the last five years is not permitted. A nice, quiet, clean and well maintained property. The Management at this property is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very attentive to their clients needs.

Affordable, small, older apartments. Frequent water shutoffs and homeless camping in the parking lot/around the property, but the new security doors help with the feeling of safety. Mostly quiet except for street noise cars/people on the front facing side of the building. Staff is very communicative/responsive and the maintenance staff (who are the same people since I moved in 3 years ago) are super friendly and do a great job with repairs and keeping the common areas clean every day. Cristal in the office got me put on my fiancés lease and she was very professional, nice an all around very cool person. i like my neighbors and it’s not loud. security was added so it a plus.

Katie Court Apartments is a peaceful place to live. Their staff are friendly, quick to resolve issues, and speedy communicators. The place is now gated, has a private security firm, and has a pool! What more is there to want? This place truly feels like a community, and I'm happy to live here. Come check it out!
