Stephanie! Yeah. Make sure you guys keep her for a long time or for as long as possible! My move in experience and the process to getting my apt was easy and I really appreciated the communication from Stephanie. She even vouched for me and trusted in me to do things! As this is my first time renting an apt by myself. She was so helpful. The tour was informative and I love love the energy. The property is beautiful and I’m very excited to this my home.

I've lived at the Maryland Park apartments for almost 4 years and I really like it here. The area might not be the best but inside the fence here is the perfect escape from the surrounding area. The grounds and pool areas are well-kept and everyone that works here has been terrific. The maintenance team works around the clock to make sure that all issues are dealt with and they even have an emergency line you can call after hours that will send somebody to your unit. I particularly am fond of... the management and all that they do I'm sure that people have a nice comfortable place to live. The management team here has always been so nice. Alisa and Stephanie in particular have been such a joy to get to know as they are always so friendly. I've lived a lot of places where that is not always the case. Lee mas

From the moment you walk into the leasing office you're greeted with very warm respectful individuals who show you dignity and respect as well as inspire you to want to be here on this beautiful property! The landscaping and the cleanliness of this property are absolutely amazing they really take pride in this property! I sure hope to be resident here soon!

This is the first time I have called and Apartment my home. I used to own a home and I decided to move and start a new life and I feel I was lead to this place. It pretty quiet, well kept, weekly pest control if you want. Convenient location, to the strip, to the airport, the 109 gets you there in 20 minutes, mall, restaurants, banks, grocery store , target, schools, 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms located in the mailroom. Truthfully I don't like telling people about it out of fear some unruly people... will come. I just made 5 years that I've lived here. The Las Vegas Convention Center is in walking distance, which I attend often. There are local food banks and the Clark county Library They hire very nice intelligent employees that are patient and kind, they speak when passing, and ask how are you doing. This is important to us seniors. They serve coffee and occasional snacks and sometimes the have events which I have attended one and it was a great way to meet your neighbors. If your going to move here, I just ask to be respectful as this is Las Vegas and we all work different hours. Please and thank you! Lee mas

I have been living here since 2016 up to 2018.i left then came back in 2021 up to present.one good reason why I came back in this apartment is that I am appreciated and staffs are friendly and easy to talk to.i love how they keep this property clean and maintain.The fact that this is old apartment here in Las Vegas but still they were able to preserve it.the only sad thing I can say about this place is they sometime shut the water down due to emergency reasons and that is reasonable.
