Park Pacific Apartamentos

I have lived here for 2 years now. I think the management cares and is willing to accommodate the needs of the residents. There is a "community feel" since the property expands over a few properties within this location. The residents are friendly and there is always parking. I can't complain, the sunrise hospital is also right around the corner incase Dr. services are ever needed.

Don’t believe the hype these apartments are garbage, the new management here don’t come fix nothing around here it takes them 3mks to 3mo’s to decide to come take care of the problem and they half do things around here. They give the key out to your apartment without your permission, it’s infested with bedbugs and other unknown creatures. These people claim only upstairs get air/ and heat, I’ve been living here for 4yrs now and when old management was here we had both. The office is hardly never... open mainly when it’s time to collect rent, they are not here to no 5pm half the time they are never open. Washers and dryers half work and rooms are dirty and boarded up, have been for the las few months. The old owners were way more caring than these people and so were the maintenance people. So invest your money elsewhere. Lee mas
