Please know that we give everyone, residents, prospects, vendors and visitors our full and undivided... attention. The Apex @ Meadows is a very active and high-traffic property, and while we strive to answer every phone call, there are times when we may be actively working with someone in person or on the other line and simply unable to answer at that moment. This is never intentional but rather a reflection of our commitment to providing each person with the time, focus, and respect they deserve.
To further support our residents, we have recently implemented a voicemail system. If you are unable to get through to us by phone, please leave a detailed message and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. You are also welcome to email us at apexmeadows@greystar.com, and we will respond in a timely manner.
Additionally, we encourage you to stop by the office at any time, whether you have concerns, suggestions, or would simply like to get to know us and stay informed about the new initiatives and improvements being implemented throughout the property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience here hasn’t been a positive one. That’s never what we want for anyone in our community.
When it comes to safety, while no property can guarantee... complete protection, we’ve made several efforts to support a secure environment, such as having security patrols from 10 PM to 4 AM, gated entry, and key fob access. These features are intended to help residents feel more at ease and add an extra layer of security to the community.
We also understand that things like noise and maintenance can be frustrating. If you’ve encountered specific issues, we truly want the opportunity to address them. Unfortunately, because this review was submitted anonymously, we have no way of reaching out to you directly to try and make things right.
