Two weeks in at Apex at Meadows and I'm very happy so far. Clean, well-maintained community with great amenities, and the front desk staff and management have been friendly, professional, and helpful with everything. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment

I just moved in a couple days ago and I really love the place. Everything is in great condition. Jenni helped me get through all the leasing process and did an awesome job at getting me in quickly. I'm excited to live here

I previously recommended Apex to friends and colleagues; however, after both a colleague and I experienced issues related to rent and payment management, I no longer feel fully comfortable doing so at this time.

In addition, I have noticed that the amenities and overall upkeep do not currently align with what I have experienced in other comparable communities in Las Vegas. This includes concerns such as broken gym equipment, nonfunctioning game room features, an unclean coffee machine, and pool… furniture that appears to need more consistent maintenance and power washing. I have also observed that water is no longer provided near the coffee machine, and window cleaning services are no longer occurring regularly.

I have also had a few interactions with staff that felt less welcoming than expected, which has contributed to my overall impression.

I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it is helpful in supporting improvements to the resident experience moving forward.

Tour

We had an amazing experience touring Apex at Meadows today, especially because of Charles. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of our questions with patience, and made us feel comfortable and confident about choosing the community. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us… .

Janna was also wonderful and very accommodating, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable.

Because of the outstanding tour and service we received, we didn’t think twice about submitting our application the very same day. Within just minutes, we were approved and able to secure our apartment right away. Everything felt seamless from start to finish, and we truly appreciate how Charles and Janna made this such an exciting and memorable experience for us.
