Please know that we give everyone, residents, prospects, vendors and visitors our full and undivided... attention. The Apex @ Meadows is a very active and high-traffic property, and while we strive to answer every phone call, there are times when we may be actively working with someone in person or on the other line and simply unable to answer at that moment. This is never intentional but rather a reflection of our commitment to providing each person with the time, focus, and respect they deserve.
To further support our residents, we have recently implemented a voicemail system. If you are unable to get through to us by phone, please leave a detailed message and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. You are also welcome to email us at apexmeadows@greystar.com, and we will respond in a timely manner.
Additionally, we encourage you to stop by the office at any time, whether you have concerns, suggestions, or would simply like to get to know us and stay informed about the new initiatives and improvements being implemented throughout the property.
