I previously recommended Apex to friends and colleagues; however, after both a colleague and I experienced issues related to rent and payment management, I no longer feel fully comfortable doing so at this time.
In addition, I have noticed that the amenities and overall upkeep do not currently align with what I have experienced in other comparable communities in Las Vegas. This includes concerns such as broken gym equipment, nonfunctioning game room features, an unclean coffee machine, and pool... furniture that appears to need more consistent maintenance and power washing. I have also observed that water is no longer provided near the coffee machine, and window cleaning services are no longer occurring regularly.
I have also had a few interactions with staff that felt less welcoming than expected, which has contributed to my overall impression.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it is helpful in supporting improvements to the resident experience moving forward.
