It's a very clean place. I like it because it's no smoking.You have to smoke all the way outside the gate.I don't smoke i also , like it , you can walk down to the store at trader joe's

I love living here. Everybody is very nice and the amenities are stellar. I’m looking forward to the summertime and hopefully the pools will not be too too busy

Inova is beautiful place to call home.
With a wide array of amenities and plenty of choices to choose from to get day to day activities completed. I wish the gym had a squat rack though that we would be amazing!

Great community, very calm, and diligent when work is needed in the apartment. Great area to live in. Like the idea of having the summit mall very close to home.

Ive lived here for about 7 months and there has been an incident or an inspection every month I’ve been here.
Advertised as “luxury” apartments yet the community seems to consistently be getting worse. Advertised as “luxury” apartments but there’s lights flickering in every hallway, spa hasn’t worked in weeks. Overall really disappointing.

We want to reassure you that when incidents or inspections occur, they’re typically tied to safety requirements, preventative maintenance, or compliance needs across the community. While they aren’t always convenient, they’re part of our effort to keep the property operating safely and smoothly for everyone.
Regarding the flickering hallway lights and the spa being down, we completely understand how those issues can impact your experience. Our maintenance team has been actively addressing lighting concerns throughout the community, and the spa repairs are already in progress with our vendor. We’re working to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible.
